The
scholarship, established in 1993 by the Green Country Hamfest,
Incorporated is to be awarded annually in the fall. The
scholarship is in memories of Pat Lane K5QOP,
Charlie Kays AB5EF
and William Moore KF5DL who contributed so much during their lifetimes
to the teaching and promotion of the amateur radio hobby and service.The scholarship is intended exclusively for educational use, to provide assistance with
the costs of tuition, books, room, board, and associated fees essential to the advanced education
of the recipient. Currently the scholarship is only for on-site, in-class courses. Mail, Internet, or TV courses are not considered or available.
Deadline for the scholarship application is October
30th.

Selection Procedures
The Green Country Hamfest, Inc., scholarship committee shall consider
all applicants. The decision of the committee, upon acceptance by
the Board of Directors of Green Country Hamfest, Inc., is final.
