Setup time for vendors starts at Noon on
Friday, March 13th
Commercial Booths are $50.00
each, and consist of a front and a rear table in a ten foot frontage space. These booths are located in the vendor areas of the hamfest floor.
You may purchase one or more booths to meet your needs. Check out the floor plan and select where you would
like to setup!
Electricity is available to our Commercial Vendors along the wall perimeter for $25.00.
Electricity for Flea Market tables is very expensive and will need to be inquired about before paying for it. Contact Merlin Griffin WB5OSM or
Richie Shroff W5OKL if you would like to purchase electric for your table.
NOTE: No vehicles are allowed in building during public event hours.
NO EXCEPTIONS - This is a venue rule so, please plan accordingly.
NOTE: Vendor Banner Ads are NOT included with booth or table rental. There is however, a
Special Offer available for participants
at a much reduced price based upon rented booth or table space(s).
